]]> With the hot test success of ALD 6-ton type VIDP1000 Vacuum Induction Melting(VIM) in Dec 21th, 2016, the triple vacuum smelting process has been formed, together with 6-ton-VAR and 18-ton-ESR which have already put into operation.
Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace is capable to produce vacuum bars in the range of diameter Φ80-Φ580mm, length 1000-4000mm, and weight 0.04-6 tons. The products of superalloy, anticorrosion alloy and other special alloy will be supplied to military and high-end equipment manufacturing industries, like aviation, aerospace, nuclear power, petrochemical, shipbuilding, etc
This type of VIM Furnace has two crucibles with the capacity of 3 tons and 6 tons, separated melting chamber, top loading chamber, side loading chamber, ingot casting chamber and chute room. This Furnace equipped powerful vacuum system with maximum vacuum degree of 0.07 Pa, Leakage bearing of 32Pa·L/s, is capable to achieve extremely low content of elements O, N, and H. It has two layer of slag holder and ceramic filter to ensure the purity of the molten steel, and the reliability of product quality in the equipment point of view.

]]> The expert group of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) had processed in-site audit for AVIC Shangda Testing Center during Sep 26~28th, 2016. Audit is conducted by through site testing, document reviewing, question & answer, informal discussion, etc, based on related reference documents. The Testing Center is recognized by expert group and fulfill the CNAS standard. AVIC Shangda Testing Center has the test capability on Spectrochemical Analysis, tensile, impulse, hardness, metallographic observation, average gain size, non-metallic inclusion, totally 13 tests. Meanwhile the expert group provided some valuable advices and suggestions, which a opportunity for Testing Center to enhance technical skill and improve comprehensive testing capacity.
CNAS is China’s most authoritative laboratory accreditation agencies, the approval system has been integrated into the international mutual recognition system, according to the testing report of CNAS accredited laboratory can be mutual recognition of the other countries and regions, which has very high authority and international credibility.
